Home Design
Often beginning with a simple wish list, a clean sheet of paper, and a spark of inspiration, we begin the home design process for our clients. Our Principal Designer, Jessica, works from a unique perspective combining her construction experience & interior design sensibility. From there, we move to the digital design phase, perfecting the floor plan and exterior design of a new home.
Plan Review
Many times, our clients have worked with an architect or draftsman to design their new home. We have discovered, with project after project, how important it is to conduct an additional review of the plans to identify deficiencies, improvements, omissions and important details that affect the finished product. Anyone that has navigated the construction process will agree, a little additional time & attention before breaking ground is essential to a successful build.
Interior Design
So much more than the pretty things, our interior design service is an in depth process where we not only work with clients on fixtures & finishes, we are deeply involved during the construction phase, meeting with contractors & tradesmen to perfect the details that no ones sees. The list of decisions to be made is long and the process can be overwhelming. This is where our team shines and the service we’re best known for.
Furnishing
This is where it all comes together. Comfortable furniture, beautiful window treatments and gorgeous accessories are thoughtfully assembled into our signature “coastal not beachy” style - all the while being tailored to our client’s individual taste, making each project unique in it’s own way.
